摘要

临床药学专业本科生的科研能力对于其毕业后工作与人才培养有着重要作用,而目前大多数学生都存在临床药学科研能力不足的情况.为适应临床药学专业人才培养模式(生物-医学-临床药学)的转变,进一步提升人才培养质量,广州医科大学在教学中将临床药学科研设计的科研选题与思路、研究设计和科研选题有机结合,选择临床药学实验常见的研究方案,包括前瞻性研究设计、回顾性研究设计、科研设计中的误差和偏倚以及科研选题设计等专题,通过对研究案例深入剖析、思路提炼和课堂汇报等多维度训练,培养学生学习临床药学科研设计的思路和能力,不仅提高了学生开展科研工作的素养,也为今后从事临床药学服务工作和解决临床问题奠定基础.

Abstract

To the undergraduates of clinical pharmacy,the cultivation of scientific research ability is vital to the success of their fu-ture academic career,but most of them fail to develop sufficient research ability.The talent cultivation model of clinical pharmacy has been modified for the improvement of talent quality,and the new model of biology-medicine-clinical pharmacy puts forward higher re-quirements for undergraduate teaching.The authors integrate scientific research design into classroom teaching to improve the scientific research abilities in the undergraduates.They introduced two common research schemes for clinical pharmacy trials(prospective re-search and retrospective research)and relevant subjects of"errors and biases in research"and"research topic selection"etc.;they also conducted training activities of in-depth analysis of research cases,refinement of ideas,and oral presentation.These efforts im-proved the scientific research literacy in undergraduates,laying a foundation for their future career in clinical pharmacy and clinical medicine.
