The teaching team recruited postgraduates teaching assistants to solve the problem of understaffing in the experimental teaching of medical functional science.The authors then assessed the postgraduate teaching assistants'performance and identified some problems.Based on the teaching practice,the authors proposed measures to improve the teaching quality of postgraduate teaching assis-tants,so that they can contribute more to the medical education.
