摘要

为提升医学分子生物学实验教学的水平,培养具备创新意识和实践能力的医学专业人才,实验教学亟须推行以能力培养为中心的教学改革.文章以分子生物学实验教学为例,通过优化实验课程体系、创新教学方法、建设实践教学资源、构建教学效果评估体系、融合科研与教学、培养创新能力等措施,持续完善实验教学体系.研究结果表明,这种以能力为核心的教学改革,不仅加强了学生在实验室中的实践操作技能,还显著提高了他们的科研思维能力,对于培养具有创新能力和团队协作精神的医学人才具有重要的促进作用.

Abstract

The authors conducted teaching reforms oriented towards capability development in the experimental teaching of medical molecular biology to enhance the teaching quality and cultivate medical professionals with innovative awareness and practical capabili-ties.To improve the laboratory teaching system,the authors have taken measures of optimizing teaching content,innovating teaching methods,constructing teaching resources,establishing evaluation system,integrating research with teaching,and foster innovative abil-ities.Research results indicate that this capability-centered teaching reform not only strengthens students'practical operational skills in the laboratory but also significantly enhances their scientific thinking abilities,which helps cultivate medical talents with innovative capabilities and a spirit of teamwork.
