摘要

在国家创新驱动发展战略背景下,高校开放式创新型实验教学已成为培养创新型、实践型高素质人才的关键平台.文章基于创新型实验教学的实验主题、材料、试剂、设备、场地和时间的开放特性,分析其带来的实验安全风险,提出从建立健全专项安全管理制度、强化安全教育、实施实验项目安全风险评估三个方面入手,建立开放式创新实验安全管理体系,在支持教育创新的同时,确保实验教学的安全和质量.

Abstract

Against the backdrop of the national development strategy driven by innovation,open and innovative experimental teaching in universities has become a key platform for cultivating innovative and practical high-quality talents.This paper analyzes the experi-mental safety risks due to the openness of experimental themes,materials,reagents,equipment,venues,and time in innovative exper-imental teaching,and it proposes to establish an open and innovative experimental safety management system starting from three as-pects:establishing a special safety management system,strengthening safety education,and implementing safety risk assessments for experimental projects.This system aims to ensure the safety and quality of experimental teaching while supporting educational innova-tion.
