中国黑龙江大庆与新疆阿勒泰地区乙肝病毒基因型分布规律研究

摘要
目的 探讨中国黑龙江大庆和新疆阿勒泰HBV感染者的乙肝病毒基因型的分布规律.方法 应用实时荧光定量PCR法检测两地HBV感染者的乙肝病毒基因分型:大庆地区296例(男198例,女98例),年龄4～76岁；阿勒泰地区267例,其中汉族145例(男96例,女49例),年龄2～86岁,哈萨克族122例(男76例,女46例),年龄3～78岁.结果 大庆地区汉族乙肝病毒基因型C型比例占87.8％,B型占6.8％,D型占0.7％；阿勒泰地区汉族乙肝病毒基因型C型占53.1％,B型占37.2％,D型占4.1％；哈萨克族乙肝病毒基因型C型占37.7％,B型占21.3％,D型占35.2％；大庆地区乙肝病毒基因型与阿勒泰地区乙肝病毒基因型分布存在明显差异,具有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 乙肝病毒基因型分布有明显的地域和民族特征,乙肝病毒基因型分布规律研究,在流行病学上,是不同基因型致病性或毒力强弱情况、与抗病毒疗效关系的基础,具有重要意义.
Abstract
Objective To explore the China Heilongjiang Daqing and Xinjiang Aletai HBV infection of hepatitis B virus genotype distribution. Methods Used real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR assay to detect HBV infection of hepatitis B virus genotypes in Daqing:296 cases (male 198 cases,female 98 cases),age 4 to 76 years and 267 cases in Aletai area,which was of the Han nationality in 145 cases (male 96 cases,female 49 cases) ,age 2 to 86 years old,Kazakh in 122 cases (male 76 cases,female 46 cases,aged 3~ 78 years old). Results The Han nationality in Daqing area of hepatitis B virus genotype C was 87. 8% ,B was 6. 8% and D was 0. 7% .respectively. The Han nationality in Aletai area of hepatitis B virus genotype C was 53. 1%,B 37. 2% and D was 4. 1 %, respectively. In the hepatitis B virus genotype C,B and D type accounted for 37. 7%, 21. 3% and 35. 2% .respectively. There was obvious difference of hepatitis B virus genotype distribution in Daqing district and Aletai district ( P<0. 01). Conclusion Distribution of hepatitis B virus genotype had obvious regional and national characteristics. The hepatitis B virus genotype distribution,epidemiology,are of different genotypes of pathogenicity or virulence, and antiviral efficacy relationship foundation,has the vital significance.
