Changes of serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D3 and fibroblast growth factor 23 in community type 2 diabetes patients with hypertension
Objective To analyze the correlation between type 2 diabetes with hypertension in the community and serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D3[25-(OH)D3]and fibroblast growth factor 23(FGF23).Methods The levels of 25-(OH)D3 and FGF23,blood glucose,blood pressure,and blood lipid in patients with simple diabetes,patients with simple hypertension,patients with non-diabetes and non-hypertension,and patients with diabetes combined with hypertension were detected and compared,and the correlation between 25-(OH)D3,FGF23 and blood glucose,blood pressure and blood lipid were analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of 25-(OH)D3 were lower in the simple diabetes group,the simple hypertension group and the diabetes with hypertension group,while the levels of FGF23 were higher(P<0.05).Compared with diabetes with hypertension group,the levels of 25-(OH)D3 and FGF23 in diabetes alone group and hypertension alone group were higher and lower(P<0.05).The level of 25-(OH)D3 in the simple diabetes group was lower than that in the simple hypertension group,and the level of FGF23 was higher than that in simple hypertension group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the blood glucose,blood pressure and blood lipid levels of patients with simple diabetes,simple hypertension and diabetes with hypertension were higher(P<0.05).Compared with the simple diabetes group and the simple hypertension group,the levels of blood sugar,blood pressure and blood lipid in the diabetes with hypertension group were higher(P<0.05).Compared with the simple diabetes group,the levels of diastolic blood pressure,systolic pressure,total cholesterol and triglyceride in the simple hypertension group were higher,and the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were lower on average(P<0.05).25-(OH)D3 was negatively correlated with blood glucose,blood pressure,and lipid levels(P<0.05),while FGF23 was positively correlated with various indicator levels(P<0.05).Conclusion Hypertension associated with type 2 diabetes in the community is negatively correlated with 25-(OH)D3 level,and positively correlated with FGF23 level.Clinical intervention measures can be taken according to 25-(OH)D3 and FGF23 levels to control the disease progress.
