Evaluation value of 3D-TVS blood flow parameters in the outcomes of trans-cervical resection of adhesions of patients with intrauterine adhesions
Objective To study the evaluation value of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasonography(3D-TVS)blood flow parameters in the outcomes of trans-cervical resection of adhesions(TCRA)of patients with intrauterine adhesions(IUA).Methods Seventy-eight IUA patients who received TCRA treatment were enrolled. The TCRA effect on IUA patients was recorded 3 months after the operation, the effective patients were included in the effective group, and the ineffective patients were included in the ineffective group. The levels of 3D-TVS indexes were compared before and 3 months after the operation in the 2 groups, including EV and blood flow parameters(FI,VI,and VFI).The receiver operator characteristic curve(ROC)was used to analyze the evaluation value of postoperative 3D-TVS for the surgical efficacy of patients with IUA.Results Fifty-five cases of cured and improved patients were included in the effective group, and 23 cases of ineffective patients were included in the ineffective group. After the operation,EV,FI,VI,and VFI in the effective group were higher than those before the operation and were better than those in the ineffective group(P<0.05).Conclusion FI,VI,and VFI in 3D-TVS can be used as effective indicators to evaluate TCRA efficacy in patients with IUA.
