Value of combined application of transperineal three-dimensional ultrasound and intracavitary ultrasound in OOC patients
Objective To analyze the application value of transperineal three-dimensional ultrasound combined with intracavitary ultrasound in patients with outlet obstruction constipation(OOC).Methods A total of 112 patients with suspected OOC treated in the hospital from May 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the observation group, and 70 healthy subjects were selected as the control group during the same period. The anal right angle values of the two groups were compared under different conditions by X-ray defecography,three-dimensional transperineal ultrasonography and intracavitary ultrasonography. The diagnostic consistency of X-ray defecography, transperineal three-dimensional ultrasonography and intracavitary ultrasonography was evaluated. Results In the observation group, the anal right angle values of the resting phase were(110±13)° and(109± 10)°,and the anal right angle values of the force displacement phase were(120±15)° and(117±13)°.In the control group, the anal right angle values of the resting phase were(111±11)° and(111±11)°,and the anal right angle values of the force displacement phase were(122±15)° and(118±13)°.There was no significant difference in anal right angle between the two groups(P>0.05).The Kappa values of rectal mucosal prolapse, puborectal spasm and X-ray defecography were 0.695 and 0.947,respectively.Conclusion The combined application of transperineal three-dimensional ultrasound and intracavitary ultrasound in OOC patients is of high application value, and it is consistent with the diagnosis of X-ray defecography.
