Effect of Danhong injection combined with alteplase on neurological function, coagulation function, and vascular endothelial function in patients with acute cerebral infarction
Objective To investigate the effects of Danhong injection combined with ateplase on neurological function, coagulation function, and vascular endothelial function in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods Ninety-eight ACI patients admitted to Zhumadian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 49 patients in each group. The control group was treated with ateplase, while the observation group was treated with Danhong injection. Both groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks. The clinical efficacy, neurological function, coagulation function, vascular endothelial function, and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had a higher overall effective rate after treatment(P<0.05),a lower score on the National Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)after treatment, and higher levels of partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT),and plasma thromboplastin time(TT)after treatment, while lower levels of fibrinogen(FIB)(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the observation group had lower levels of endothelin 1(ET-1)and higher levels of serum nitric oxide(NO),and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)after treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Treating ACI patients with Danhong injection combined with alteplase can effectively repair damaged nerves, promote the recovery of neurological function, improve coagulation function, regulate the mechanism of action of vascular endothelial cells, and enhance their vascular endothelial function. Moreover, there are no significant adverse reactions in clinical application, and the safety is high.
