Value of systematic cardiac rehabilitation intervention in the interventional treatment of cardiac function and emotional state in patients with coronary heart disease
Objective To investigate the value of cardiac rehabilitation intervention in the interventional treatment of cardiac function and emotional state in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 120 patients with coronary heart disease were selected from our hospital from April 2020 to November 2022.They were divided by random number method.Patients receiving routine intervention were included in the control group(n=60),and patients receiving cardiac rehabilitation intervention were included in the observation group(n=60),and the intervention outcomes of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The cardiac function index of the observation group was better than the control group after intervention(P<0.05).After the intervention, the scores of treatment compliance in the observation group, including exercise(84±4)points,lifestyle change(86±4)points,diet(87±4)points,and medication(91±5)points,were higher than those in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The psychological and emotional score of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention, the SF-36 scores including physiological function, emotional function, mental health, and social function of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of interventional treatment of patients with coronary heart disease, the implementation of cardiac rehabilitation intervention can improve the psychological and emotional state of patients, adjust the cardiac function index of patients, improve the treatment compliance of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, and the clinical value is obvious.
