Objective To investigate the quality of life and psychological conditions of the community emergency personnel in Pudong New Area in public health emergencies, and analyze its influencing factors. Methods Through the"questionnaire star"network survey platform,a cross-sectional survey was conducted on the emergency personnel of Pudong New Area by using the self-designed questionnaire, the short-form-36 health survey(SF-36),the self-rating depression scale(SDS)and the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS).Results The total SF-36 score of 177 emergency personnel in the Pudong New Area was(66±20).The incidence of depression and anxiety was 57.1%and 56.5%,respectively.According to the factor analysis of SF-36,there was no statistically significant difference in gender, education, major, and annual income variables in each dimension of SF-36.Among the age variables, the scores of physical Functioning(PF)and role-physical(RP)dimensions in the group aged 50 and above were lower than those in other groups.Among the working age variables, the score of PF dimension in the group of 20 years and above was lower than that in other groups.Among the professional title variables, the VT dimension score in the senior professional title group was higher than that in different groups.Among the job variables, the score of the section head/section director group in PF,VT,social functioning(SF),role-emotional(RE),mental health(MH),physical component score(PCS),and mental component score(MCS)dimensions were lower than those of other groups. After multiple linearity analysis, using the total SF-36 score as the dependent variable, the lower the independent variables SDS and SAS scores, the higher the quality of life(the standardized partial regression coefficients are-0.606 and-0.202 respectively). Conclusion During the prevention and control of the public health emergencies, the quality of life in the community public health personnel in Pudong New Area was poor, and their health was affected by various factors. It is recommended to rationalize scheduling, conduct training, and increase publicity.Physical and mental health should be improved through multifaceted intervention programs.
