Study on the diagnostic value of combined detection of serum Hcy hs CRP and D-dimer in pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of combined detection of serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),homocysteine(Hey),and D-dimer(D-D)in pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH).Methods A total of 65 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension admitted to Zhengzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2022 to June 2023 were selected and included in the observation group.Sixty-five normal pregnant women were selected as the control group.hs CRP,Hey,and D-D were measured. The differences in hs-CRP,Hey,and D-D detection values between two groups of pregnant women were compared, and the value of hs CRP,Hey,and D-D combined detection in the diagnosis of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome were analyzed. Results The hs CRP detection value of pregnant women in the observation group was(8.14±2.21)mg/L,the Hey detection value was(13.26±3.20)μmol/L and D-D was(3.24±0.78)mg/L,which were higher than those of the control group(3.04±0.78)mg/L,(5.62±1.11)μmol/L,and(0.63±0.12)mg/L(P<0.05).The sensitivity, specificity, negative predictive value, positive predictive value, and accuracy of the combined detection of hs CRP,Hey,and D-D for pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome were 97%(63/65),94%(61/65),97%(62/64),95%(63/66),and 96%(125/130),all higher than those of the single detection of the three indicators, with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of hs-CRP,Hey,and D-D in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension are abnormally elevated.Combined detection of the three can improve the detection rate of pregnancy-induced hypertension and guide clinical treatment.
