Application value of TRUS+elastography+MRI images under three-parameter guidance transperineal prostate aspiration biopsy for diagnosis of prostate cancer
Objective To investigate the value of transperineal prostate puncture under three-parameter guidance of TRUS+elastography+MRI images in the diagnosis of prostate cancer. Methods Clinical and pathological data of 78 patients who underwent transperineal ultrasound-guided transperineal prostate puncture in the Department of Urology of Bozhou People's Hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into 40 cases in the control group(TRUS+elastography+MRI image three-parameter cognitive fusion puncture)and 38 cases in the experimental group(TRUS+elastography+MRI Image three-parameter software precise localization puncture)38 cases, the puncture pathological results, postoperative complications, learning curve were compared. Results Among the 78 patients, prostate cancer was diagnosed in 40 cases, and prostate hyperplasia was found in 38 cases.Among them, there were 64 cases ≥60 years old, accounting for 82%,there were 65 cases'tPSA ≥10 µg/L,accounting for 83%,32 cases'fPSA/tPSA<0.16,accounting for 41%,69 cases'PI-RADS V2.1 ≥3 points, accounting for 88%,69 cases'(88%)preoperative judgement was consistent with the pathology, and 64 cases(82%)imaging was consistent with the pathology, and 3 cases(4%)had serious complications, the two groups in the consistency(preoperative judgement was consistent with the pathology, the image was consistent with the pathology)and the postoperative complications were not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was also no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of learning curve(P>0.05).Conclusion TRUS+elastography+MRI image three-parameter-guided transperineal prostate aspiration biopsy for diagnosis of prostate cancer is similar in consistency and postoperative complications whether it is cognitive fusion puncture or software precise positioning puncture, overall fewer complications, higher accuracy, and shorter learning time make it an important method for diagnosing prostate cancer.
