Efficacy of Danhong injection combined with rosuvastatin in the treatment of unstable angina in coronary heart disease
Objective To investigate the effect of Danhong injection combined with rosuvastatin in the treatment of coronary artery disease unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Methods Ninety-four patients with UAP treated in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected and divided into 47 cases each in the control group(rosuvastatin)and the observation group(combined with Danhong injection)by randomized table method,and the two groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,the number of episodes,the duration of the episodes,the blood rheology indexes[hematocrit(HCT),whole blood viscosity(WBV),fibrinogen(FIB)],inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor(TNF)]and the blood rheology indexes[hematology,blood viscosity(HCT),whole blood viscosity(WBV),fibrinogen(FIB)],inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),ultrasensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)],and vascular endothelial function[nitric oxide(NO),endothelin(ET-1)].Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the number of episodes decreased and the duration of episodes shortened in the 2 groups,and the number of episodes in the control group was more than that in the observation group and the duration was longer than that in the observation group(P＜0.05).HCT,WBV,and FIB were reduced in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).TNF-α,IL-6,and hs-CRP were reduced in the 2 groups,and the control group was higher than the observation group(P＜0.05).NO increased and ET decreased in the 2 groups,and NO was higher and ET-1 was lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment of UAP patients with Danhong injection combined with Rosuvastatin can reduce blood viscosity,inhibit inflammatory reaction,and regulate vascular endothelial function with remarkable effect.
