Influencing factors of psychological problems among elderly chemotherapy drug dispensing personnel in intravenous infusion centers based on multiple regression models
Objective Based on multiple regression models,to analyze the influencing factors that can lead to psychological problems among elderly chemotherapy drug dispensing personnel in intravenous infusion centers. Methods During the period from January 2021 to December 2022,a total of 130 elderly chemotherapy drug dispensing personnel from the intravenous infusion center in Nanyang region were selected as the research subjects through the overall sampling method.SCL-90 was used to evaluate the psychological status of the enrolled personnel.Based on the scoring results,50 dispensing personnel with SCL-90 scores greater than 160 and psychological disorders were classified as abnormal groups, while the remaining 80 dispensing personnel with SCL-90 scores ≤ 160 and no psychological disorders were classified as normal groups. The general demography characteristics of the two groups of personnel were collected, and carry out interviews and questionnaire surveys on them to make statistics on the types of psychological problems of the deployment personnel.Through statistical single factor analysis and logistic multiple factor regression analysis, the influencing factors that can lead to mental health problems of the deployment personnel can be analyzed. Results According to statistics, among the 50 individuals in the abnormal group,82.0%(41/50)showed psychological anxiety,8.0%(4/50)showed compulsion, and 10.0%(5/50)showed interpersonal sensitivity.Univariate statistical analysis showed that there were certain differences between the two groups in terms of age, education level, work experience, professional title, employment form, monthly income level, monthly deployment volume, and level of concern about errors(P<0.05).The results of logistic multiple factor regression analysis showed that young age,low education level, short working years, regular nurses, off staff system, low monthly income level, low monthly deployment volume, and serious concerns about errors were the main influencing factors for the psychological health problems of deployed personnel. Conclusion There are many influencing factors that can lead to psychological health problems among elderly chemotherapy drug dispensing personnel in intravenous infusion centers.Anxiety is a common psychologi-cal problem, and active intervention is needed to address different factors to improve personnel's psychological problems and enhance clinical medication safety.
