Effect analysis of intra-aortic balloon pump combined with Shenfu injection in the treatment of cardiogenic shock in patients with acute myocardial infarction
Objective To analyze the effect of intra-aortic balloon pump(IABP)combined with Shenfu injection in the treatment of cardiogenic shock(CS)in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods A total of 60 patients with cardiogenic shock caused by AMI combined with CS admitted to the ICU of our hospital from August 2018 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects.Among them,30 patients treated with IABP were listed as a control group,and 30 patients treated with Shenfu injection+IABP were listed as a study group according to the treatment methods.The TCM syndrome score,cardiac pump function[stroke volume(SV),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),cardiac index(CI)],tissue perfusion oxygen metabolism(lactic acid,central venous oxygen saturation,urine volume)were compared between the two groups.Results The TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group after treatment(P＜0.05),LVEF,CI and SV in the study group were higher than those in the control group after treatment(P＜0.05).After treatment,the central venous oxygen saturation and urine volume of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the lactic acid was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of Shenfu injection combined with IABP in the treatment of AMI complicated with CS is significant,which can relieve the symptoms of patients,improve tissue perfusion oxygen metabolism,improve cardiac pump function,and stabilize the disease.
