Redefining the value of hormonal therapy in endometrial cancer in the era of molecular classification
Endometrial cancer is one of the most common gynecological cancers, with an annually increasing inci-dence rate and a trend of harassing younger women than before. The introduction of molecular classification has over-come the limitations of the traditional Bokhman division, facilitating precise diagnosis, risk stratification, and targeted therapy of endometrial cancer by exploring molecular features. In the era of molecular classification, hormone therapy,as a traditional treatment characterized by low toxicity, high cost-effectiveness,and high patient compliance, should be redefined for the value.
