Research progress in assessment of cognitive impairment related to childhood cancer and non-drug interventions
Malignant tumors are the second leading cause of death among children in China.Although great progress has been made in the diagnosis and treatment of childhood tumors in the past decade,cancer-related cognitive im-pairment(CRCI)caused by tumors themselves and related treatments has become one of the most serious neurologi-cal complications in children with malignant tumors, seriously affecting their prognosis and quality of life.In this pa-per,the characteristics, evaluation tools and common non-drug intervention methods of children's CRCI were re-viewed,and relevant suggestions were put forward to provide reference for early identification and intervention of chil-dren's CRCI.
