程序性细胞死亡因子10(programmed cell death 10,PDCD10)基因与细胞的程序性死亡密切相关,其是导致脑海绵状血管畸形(cerebral cavernous malformation,CCM)的第三个重要基因,因此又称之为CCM3.PDCD10基因编码一种锚蛋白,可以结合不同的靶蛋白参与多种细胞内信号传导通路,从而与细胞的增殖、凋亡、迁移运动和血管生成等生物学功能密切相关.越来越多的证据表明PDCD10在多种恶性肿瘤中表达失调,并参与恶性肿瘤的发生发展,揭示PDCD10在肿瘤中的作用机制有助于疾病的早期诊疗和预后判断,以及在肿瘤防治中探索新的治疗靶点,具有重要的临床意义.
The biological function of PDCD10 gene and its research progress in tumor
Programmed cell death 10(PDCD10)gene is closely related to programmed cell death as it is the third important gene that causes cerebral cavernous malformation(CCM),hence also known as CCM3.PDCD10 gene en-codes an ankyrin,which can bind different target proteins to participate in a variety of intracellular signal transduction pathways,and is closely related to cell proliferation,apoptosis,migration and angiogenesis.More and more evidence shows that the expression of PDCD10 is dysregulated in a variety of malignant tumors and is involved in the occur-rence and development of malignant tumors.It is of great clinical significance to reveal the mechanism of action of PDCD10 in tumors,which is helpful for the early diagnosis and treatment of diseases and prognosis,as well as to ex-plore new therapeutic targets in cancer prevention and treatment.
