摘要

对教育家精神进行时代解读需要把握以下"三点".一是深刻理解教育家精神的基本蕴含,即"小我"和"大我"价值实现的双向生成,"经师"和"人师"现实践履的同向发力和"逐梦"和"筑梦"目标确立的同频共进.二是深入把握教育家精神的时代特征,即传承性与创新性、个体性与整体性、人民性与政治性的辩证统一.三是将教育家精神贯穿立德树人全过程,即引领高素质教师队伍建设、尊师重教社会氛围营造、立德树人评价体系建构.

Abstract

Three aspects needs to be grasped in the contemporary interpretation of the spirit of educators.The first is to deeply understand its basic implication,that is,the realization of the value of"individual"and"society",the simultaneous development between"technical teacher"and"ethical teacher"in the current practice,and the integration of the goal of"pursuing dreams"and"building dreams".The second is to grasp the contemporary characteristics of the spirit of educators,that is,the dialectic unity between continuity and innovativeness,between individuality and collectiv-ity,and between the idea of serving the people and its political nature.The third is to carry the spirit of educators through the whole process of fostering virtue through education.We need to strengthen the professional integrity,conduct and ability of teachers,foster public respects for educa-tors and encourage public support for education,and develop an evaluation system for fostering virtue through education.
