Chinese Modernization in Preschool Education:Connotation,Es-sential Features and Practical Approach
The modernization of Chinese preschool education is the pattern and process of build-ing a high-quality preschool education system with high standards based on the Chinese Modernization paradigm and aiming at the comprehensive development of young children.It contains the nature of Chinese modernization and derives thereof more specific features,such as adherence in the preschool education to the overall leadership of Communist Party of China and to the people's position and the purpose of all-round development,and a firm socialist direction for running schools.Besides,there are other features including the integration of the concepts of upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground,and orientation towards the future.These features guide from macroscopic per-spective the building of the practical approach to the modernization of Chinese preschool education.It contains the reconstruction of the three-dimensional goals,the optimization of the content structure,and the improvement of governance capacity in the modernization of Chinese preschool education.
