A Study on the Narrative Relationships of Retelling Myths
A better understanding of the practical forms of myth requires the in-depth research of retelling."Retelling"presents itself in the mixture of"repeatability","sharing"and"return".Repetitive narrative is the daily rhythmic form of myth among the three types of narrative relationships. As a complex repetitive, retelling is a combination of"difference","singularity"and"spanning".It reveals the life form of narrative presented through the connection of the inter-stories and inter-sto-rytelling.The meaning of sharing in retelling finds expression in the reciprocal interaction of the rules and emotions of the story, with echoes among inter-subjective wills of narrative. As a form of practice with a cyclical state and liveness preservation,"retelling"returns to the narrator's narrative and sa-cred existence, generating or transforming into the many aspects of mythological phenomena. As expe-riencing and comprehending of the mythical being of mankind,"retelling"is a practice of expression which presents the capacity and freedom of individual and community discourses.
