Agricultural-nomadic Zone:a Way to Understand the Unity of Chinese Civilization
The basis of the unity of Chinese civilization comes from the pluralistic unity relation-ship between various ethnic groups,which is formed in which you come to me,I come to you,and I have you in me.Two livelihood modes of farming and pastoralism coexist at the same time in the farm-ing-pastoralism zone.This complementary and circular relationship enables different economic and cultural types to collide in this region,and integrate into a unique livelihood mode while retaining their respective characteristics.On this basis,the unique social structure and cultural form characterized by embedding and sharing are derived in this region.The symbiosis and integration of agricultural and animal husbandry livelihood modes bring about the convergence of economic modes,accelerate the process of social integration,and the development and change of agricultural and animal husbandry in-terleaved zone is also an important part of Chinese-style modernization.
