"大思政课"视域下大学生法治思维培养的意涵、问题与路径

摘要
全面推进"大思政课"建设是新时代思想政治课教学改革的重要举措,对改进大学生法治思维的培养模式具有重要意义.当前,大学生法治思维培养的教学实践中存在课程体系不完善、教学范式缺乏实践性、专业师资队伍不足等问题.为此,应充分发挥"大思政课"建设在培养大学生法治思维方面所具有的整体性、引领性、组织性作用,系统整合法治课程教学体系、积极探索思政课实践性范式、全面提升法治教育专业的师资队伍水平,以此提高大学生的法治思维能力、实践能力和法治素养,使他们成为社会主义法治的忠实崇尚者、自觉遵守者、坚定捍卫者,实现堪当民族复兴重任的法治时代新人培养目标.
Abstract
Advancing the comprehensive development of the"Great Ideological and Political Courses"is a significant initiative in the teaching reform of ideological and political courses in the new era,and it is of great importance to improve the mode of thinking of the rule-of law among university students.Currently,the teaching practice of cultivating the thinking of the rule of law in university students faces problems such as an incomplete curriculum,an insufficient teaching professional and a lack of practice of teaching paradigms.Therefore,it is necessary to give the full play of the holistic,pioneering,and organizational roles of the"Great Ideological and Political Courses"in fostering the rule of law thinking of university students.That is,we need to systematically integrate the law-related teaching curriculum,actively explore practical paradigms for ideological and political courses,and comprehensively enhance the level of teaching professionals of legal education program.Only by so do-ing can we improve university students'rule of law thinking abilities,practical competence,and lit-eracy of rule of law,enabling them to be loyal admirers,conscientious adherents,and resolute de-fenders of socialist rule of law.And the goal of cultivating a new generation of rule of law capable of shouldering the important task of national rejuvenation can thus be fulfilled.
