The Building of a Practical Teaching System for Ideological and Po-litical Courses in Universities with Systematic Concept
The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to"pay more attention to system integration,to highlighting key points,and to reform effectiveness".The building of a practical teaching system for ideological and political courses in universities is a complex and systematic project with basic features of being open,integral,multi-layered,and coordinated.The systematic structure,based on the system cognition,includes major elements such as target,content,method,management,and assurance.And its building follows the methodological requirements of thinking in strategy,system,bottom line,and in-novation.It is necessary to insist on the overall planning to build a three-tier linkage organization un-der the unified leadership of the party committee;on the strategic layout to develop the integrated building of the practice teaching for ideological and political courses;and on overall promotion to ad-vance the integrated management of teaching materials,teaching,and teachers.
