Politics and Education:The Dual Attributes and Interactive Process of Ideological and Political Courses in Chinese Universities
The ideological and political courses in universities have distinct political and educa-tional characteristics.The long-existed understanding of the interaction between political and educa-tional nature in the building of ideological and political courses provides the basis for its innovation and development in the new era.Since the establishment of the People's Republic of China 75 years ago,the interaction between the political and educational aspects of ideological and political courses in uni-versities has become increasingly comprehensive.Based on its political and educational characteris-tics,the interaction can be divided into five stages.It can be found that the educational nature of ide-ological and political courses is premised on the political nature of the courses.And exploring the edu-cational nature of ideological and political courses can demonstrate the political nature.In the new era,it is necessary to emphasize the leading role of ideological and political education by the in-depth integration of the political and educational nature of the courses.
