Efficacy observation of modified compound Sanqi granule on stable angina pectoris with syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified compound Sanqi granule on stable angina pectoris with syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:64 cases of patients with stable angina pectoris with syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into two groups,32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,while the treatment group was treated plus with modified compound Sanqi granule on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.TCM syndrome score,efficacy of TCM syndrome,time and frequency of angina pectoris attack,ECG efficacy,stopping or reducing rate of nitroglycerin and hemorheological indexes were compared between two groups after treatment.Results:The efficacy of TCM syndrome of treatment group was 90.63％,which was better than 75.00％of control group(P＜0.05).ECG efficacy of treatment group was 87.50％,which was better than 68.75％of control group(P＜0.05).TCM syndrome score,frequency and time of angina pectoris attack and levels of related hemorheological indexes were all decreased to different degrees in two groups,and the decrease of treatment group was more obvious than that of control group(P＜0.05).The stopping or reducing rate of nitroglycerin was 90.63％in treatment group,which was better than 75.00％in control group(P＜0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of modified compound Sanqi granule on stable angina pectoris with syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis is better.
