中西医结合治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎临床观察

摘要
目的:观察丹栀逍遥散合左金丸加减治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的临床疗效.方法:将128例幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎患者随机分为两组各64例,对照组予雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片、克拉霉素片、阿莫西林胶囊、枸橼酸铋钾胶囊治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上加用丹栀逍遥散合左金丸加减治疗.结果:治疗组幽门螺杆菌根除率为96.88％,明显高于对照组的81.25％,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗组总有效率96.88％,明显高于对照组的85.94％,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗组复发率1.56％,明显低于对照组的9.38％,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:丹栀逍遥散合左金丸加减治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎临床疗效较好.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Danzhi Xiaoyao powder and modified Zuojin pill on helicobacter pylori-related gastritis.Methods:128 cases of patients with helicobacter pylori-related gastritis were randomly divided into two groups,64 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets,clarithromycin tablets,amoxicillin capsules and bismuth potassium citrate capsules,while the treatment group was treated plus with Danzhi Xiaoyao powder and modified Zuojin pill on the basis of the control group.Results:The eradication rate of helicobacter pylori in treatment group was 96.88％,which was significantly higher than 81.25％in control group,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.88％,which was significantly higher than 85.94％of control group,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The recurrence rate in treatment group was 1.56％,which was significantly lower than 9.38％in control group,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Danzhi Xiaoyao powder and modified Zuojin pill on helicobacter pylori-related gastritis is better.
