Efficacy observation of Jianpi Yangfei decoction on stroke-associated pneumonia with syndrome of deficiency of both lung and spleen
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Yangfei decoction on stroke-associated pneumonia with syndrome of deficiency of both lung and spleen.Methods:60 cases of patients with stroke-associated pneumonia with syndrome of deficiency of both lung and spleen were selected and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with routine western medicine,while the treatment group was treated plus with Jianpi Yangfei decoction.Infection indexes,oxygenation indexes,clinical pulmonary infection score(CPIS)and lung ultrasound score(LUS)were observed in two groups before treatment and on the 7 th day and 14th day after treatment respectively.Results:After treatment in two groups,the level of infection indexes,CPIS score and LUS score were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the treatment group was better than control group(P＜0.05);the level of oxygenation indexes was higher than that before treatment in two groups(P＜0.05),and the treatment group was better than control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Yangfei decoction and routine western medicine for treating stroke-associated pneumonia with syndrome of deficiency of both lung and spleen can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the level of inflammatory indexes,improve the lung infection,increase the oxygen-supply for organism and enhance the clinical efficacy.
