祛白汤联合窄波光疗灯管治疗白癜风临床观察

摘要
目的:观察祛白汤联合窄波光疗灯管(NB-UVB)治疗白癜风的临床疗效.方法:将符合纳入标准的白癜风患者122例,随机分为两组各61例.对照组予窄波光疗灯管治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上予祛白汤加减,3个月为1个疗程.结果:治疗3个月后,治疗组总有效率为95.08％,对照组总有效率为77.04％,两组比较具有统计学差异(P＜0.05).治疗组白斑面积小于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:祛白汤联合窄波光疗灯管治疗白癜风能够提高临床疗效,副作用小.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qubai decoction and Narrow Bound Ultra Violet B Light(NB-UVB)on vitiligo.Methods:122 cases of eligible patients with vitiligo were randomly divided into two groups,61 cases in each group.The control group was treated with NB-UVB,while the treatment group was treated plus with modified Qubai decoction on the basis of NB-UVB of control group.3 months as a course of treatment.Results:After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was 95.08％,while the total effective rate of control group was 77.04％,and the difference was statistically significant compared between two groups(P＜0.05).The vitiligo area of treatment group was smaller than that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Qubai decoction and NB-UVB for treating vitiligo can improve the clinical efficacy,and with small side-effects.
