Efficacy observation of acupuncture and compound anisodine injection on non-arteritic ischemic optic neuropathy
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and compound anisodine injection on non-arteritic ischemic optic neuropathy.Methods:52 cases of eligible patients with non-arteritic ischemic optic neuropathy were selected and randomly divided into two groups,26 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine comprehensive therapy such as neurotrophy and hyperbaric oxygen, etc.various methods, while the treatment group was treated plus with acupuncture and compound anisodine injection for temporal-superficial-artery injection on the basis of control group. The clinical total effective rate of patients was observed in two groups. Results:After treatment, the clinical total effective rate of treatment group was 96.15%,which was significantly better than 85.19%of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of acupuncture and compound anisodine injection for temporal-superficial-artery injection on non-arteritic ischemic optic neuropathy is better.
