健心颗粒联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片对心力衰竭大鼠心功能和左室重构的影响

摘要
目的:观察健心颗粒联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片对心力衰竭大鼠心功能和左室重构的影响.方法:采用改良的大鼠心力衰竭模型构建方法,将心衰模型大鼠随机分为模型组、单纯西药组、中西联合组,并设置假手术组作为对照组,分别予生理盐水、沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片、健心颗粒联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗,连续干预8周后比较各组大鼠左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张内径(LVIDd)、左心室收缩内径(LVIDs)、左心室缩短分数(LVFS)、N末端前体脑利钠肽(NT-proBNP)水平.结果:干预后,与模型组比较,单纯西药组、中西联合组大鼠LVIDd、LVIDs、LVEF、LVFS、NT-proBNP水平均改善明显(P＜0.05);与单纯西药组比较,中西联合组LVEF、LVFS、NT-proBNP水平明显改善(P＜0.05).结论:健心颗粒联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片能更显著提高心力衰竭大鼠的心功能和左室重构,疗效更好.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of Jianxin granule and sacubitril valsartan on cardiac function and left ventricular remodeling of rats with heart failure.Methods:By the improved method for establishing model of heart failure of rat,the model rats with heart failure were randomly divided into model group,simple western medicine group and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group,and the sham operation group was set as control group.These groups were treated with normal saline,sacubitril valsartan and Jianxin granule combined with sacubitril valsartan respectively.After 8 weeks of continuous intervention,the levels of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic dimension(LVIDd),left ventricular end-systolic dimension(LVIDs),left ventricular fractional shortening(LVFS)and Nterminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)of rats were compared among groups.Results:After intervention,compared with the model group,the levels of LVIDd,LVIDs,LVEF,LVFS and NT-proBNP of rats were all improved in simple western medicine group and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group significantly(P＜0.05);compared with simple western medicine group,the levels of LVEF,LVFS and NT-proBNP were improved in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group more significantly(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Jianxin granule combined with sacubitril valsartan can more significantly improve the cardiac function and left ventricular remodeling of rats with heart failure,and the curative effect is better.
