Efficacy observation of Guixiong Tongbi powder on unstable angina pectoris with syndrome of heart-blood stasis
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Guixiong Tongbi powder on unstable angina pectoris with syndrome of heart-blood stasis.Methods:80 cases of eligible patients with unstable angina pectoris with syndrome of heart-blood stasis were selected and randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the treatment group was treated plus with Guixiong Tongbi powder on the basis of control group.The course of treatment was 2 weeks.Angina pectoris score,TCM syndrome score and efficacy of electrocardiogram were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results:ST-T changes of resting electrocardiogram of patients were improved in two groups after treatment.The total effective rate of treatment group was 90％,while that of control group was 80％,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).TCM symptom score and angina pectoris score of treatment group were lower than those of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Guixiong Tongbi powder on unstable angina pectoris is better,which can effectively relieve the symptoms of chest pain and chest distress etc.of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
