Efficacy observation of modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on exertional angina pectoris
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on exertional angina pectoris.Methods:84 cases of patients with exertional angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups.43 cases of control group were treated with Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets and Atorvaststin Tablets,while 41 cases of treatment group were treated plus with modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on the basis of control group.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.7％,which was higher than 81.4％of control group(P＜0.05).TCM symptom score was improved in two groups after treatment compared with before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on exertional angina pectoris is better.
