Efficacy observation of Yunpi formula No.1 on helicobacter pylori infection with syndrome of damp-heat
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yunpi formula No.1 on helicobacter pylori(HP)infection with syndrome of damp-heat.Methods:100 cases of patients with HP infection with syndrome of damp-heat were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated by conventional quadruple therapy for anti-HP infection,while the treatment group was treated with Yunpi formula No.l.Both groups were treated for 14 days.Results:After treatment in two groups,HP infection was improved compared with before treatment;the trans-negative rate of treatment group was 92.0％,which was higher than 76.0％of control group(P＜0.05),and the recurrence rate and adverse reactions of treatment group were lower than those of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Yunpi formula No.1 on helicobacter pylori infection with syndrome of damp-heat is definite,which can increase the rate of radical treatment,reduce the recurrence rate and decrease the adverse reactions.
