Based on the ideas of spleen-stomach failure leading to all diseases in Li Dong-yuan's Treatise on the Spleen and Stomach,to approach the pathogenic relationship between autistic disorder and spleen-stomach,and to expound the guiding roles of regulating ascending and descending to nourish brain marrow,regulating qi and resolving phlegm to clear the nine orifices,nourishing five viscera to tranquilize five minds as well as dispersing fire for treating depression of fire to protect the vital-qi in the treatment of autistic disorder.
