Efficacy observation of electroacupuncture and needling 13 Gui acupoints on stroke-related dyssomnias
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture and needling 13 Gui acupoints on stroke-related dyssomnias.Methods:60 cases of stroke patients with dyssomnias were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture and needling 13 Gui acupoints,while the control group was treated with routine electroacupuncture.5 times a week,and 4 weeks as a course of treatment.The sleep quality was scored by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI)and rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder screening questionnaire(RBDSQ)before and after treatment.Results:After treatment in two groups,the scores of PSQI and RBDSQ were improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture and needling 13 Gui acupoints can improve the dyssomnias symptoms of patients with stroke,and the clinical efficacy is better.
