Efficacy observation of method of tonifying kidney,promoting blood circulation and promoting diuresis on senile hypertension complicated with mild cognitive impairment
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of method of tonifying kidney,promoting blood circulation and promoting diuresis on senile hypertension complicated with mild cognitive impairment.Methods:80 cases of senile patients with hypertension complicated with mild cognitive impairment were selected and randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with standardized antihypertensive drugs,while the treatment group was treated plus with Bushen Huoxue Lishui formula on the basis of control group.After 8 weeks of treatment,blood pressure,24-hour mean systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure,standard deviations of 24-hour systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure,scores of Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)and Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)and urinary microalbumin(UMAL)level of patients were analyzed and compared between two groups before and after treatment,and the adverse reactions of two groups were recorded.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 92.5％in the treatment group and 77.5％in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment in two groups,blood pressure,24-hour ambulatory blood pressure and UMAL level were decreased,while the scores of MMSE and MoCA were increased,which was more obvious especially in the treatment group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of method of tonifying kidney,promoting blood circulation and promoting diuresis on senile hypertension complicated with mild cognitive impairment is definite,and there is no obvious adverse reaction.
