Efficacy observation of Qingjin Huatan decoction and acupoint application on refractory mycoplasma pneumonia of children
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine on refractory mycoplasma pneumonia of children.Methods:91 cases of eligible children patients with refractory mycoplasma pneumonia were selected and randomly divided into control group(44 cases)and treatment group(47 cases).The control group was treated with azithromycin and methylprednisolone,while the treatment group were treated plus with Qingjin Huatan decoction and acupoint application on the basis of control group.After 14 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy was observed in two group.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.49%,which was significantly higher than 72.73%of control group,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than control group in improving the main symptoms of refractory mycoplasma pneumonia and the quality of life as well as in promoting the focus absorption,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Qingjin Huatan decoction and acupoint application on refractory mycoplasma pneumonia of children is better.
