摘要
目的:观察丹蛭降糖胶囊联合利拉鲁肽对肥胖型2型糖尿病患者胰岛β细胞功能、糖脂代谢及BMI的影响.方法:将80例肥胖型2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组各40例.对照组予利拉鲁肽治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上口服丹蛭降糖胶囊.治疗12周后比较两组治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇及胰岛β细胞功能、BMI的变化.结果:治疗后两组患者FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、TG、TC、LDL-C、HOMA-IR、BMI水平均降低;HDL-C、HOMA-β水平均升高(P＜0.05),且治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:丹蛭降糖胶囊与利拉鲁肽联合使用可显著改善肥胖2型糖尿病患者的糖脂代谢水平、减轻体重并改善胰岛素抵抗,从而有力防控糖尿病进展.
Abstract
Objective:To approach the effects of Danzhi Jiangtang capsule and liraglutide on islet β-cell function,glucolipid metabolism and BMI of patients with obese type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:80 cases of patients with obese type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with liraglutide,while the treatment group was treated plus with oral Danzhi Jiangtang capsule on the basis of control group.After 12 weeks of treatment,the changes of fasting blood glucose,2 hour postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,triacylglycerol,total cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,islet β-cell function and BMI were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment in two groups,FPG,2hPG,HbA1c,TG,TC,LDL-C,HOMA-IR and BMI of patients were decreased,HDL-C and HOMA-β were increased(P＜0.05).And the clinical efficacy of treatment group was better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Danzhi Jiangtang capsule and liraglutide can significantly improve the level of glucolipid metabolism of patients with obese type 2 diabetes mellitus,reduce body-weight and enhance insulin resistance,which can prevent and control the progress of diabetes mellitus effectively
