Efficacy observation of Bushen Huoxue formula on senile osteoporosis with syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue formula and alendronate sodium vitamin D3 tablets on senile osteoporosis with syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:64 cases of patients with senile osteoporosis with syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into two groups,32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral alendronate sodium vitamin D3 tablets,while the treatment group was treated plus with Bushen Huoxue formula on the basis of control group.Low back pain score,bone mineral density index,serum interleukin-6 level and clinical symptom score of patients were observed in two groups before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was evaluted.Results:Low back pain score and interleukin-6 level of patients were decreased in two groups compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the degree of decrease in the treatment group was larger than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The level of bone mineral density of patients in both groups was increased compared with that before treatment(P＜0.05),and the degree of increase in the treatment group was larger than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was 93.75％,which was better than 81.25％of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue formula and alendronate sodium vitamin D3 on senile osteoporosis with syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis is definite,and better than that of simple western medicine.
