Efficacy observation of Yinqiao powder and modified Xiaochaihu decoction and minocycline on tsutsugamushi disease
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yinqiao powder and modified Xiaochaihu decoction and minocycline on tsutsugamushi disease.Methods:124 cases of eligible patients with tsutsugamushi disease were selected and randomly divided into two groups,62 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral minocycline hydrochloride capsules,while the treatment group was treated plus with Yinqiao powder and modified Xiaochaihu decoction on the basis of control group.Regression time of clinical symptoms,change of laboratory indexes level and occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between two groups of patients.Results:A ntipyretic time,regression time of headache,regression time of skin rash and time of eschar shedding in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The values of serum glutamate-pyruvate transaminase and serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase of patients in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Yinqiao powder and modified Xiaochaihu decoction and minocycline on tsutsugamushi disease is better,which can shorten the regression time of clinical symptoms.
