Efficacy observation of Wenshen Lianhan formula on chronic heart failure-caused hyperhidrosis with syndrome of yang deficiency of heart and kidney
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenshen Lianhan formula on chronic heart failure-caused hyperhidrosis with syndrome of yang deficiency of heart and kidney.Methods:60 cases of patients with chronic heart failure-caused hyperhidrosis with syndrome of yang deficiency of heart and kidney were selected and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with"new quadruple"routine drugs for chronic heart failure,while the treatment group was treated plus with Wenshen Lianhan formula on the basis of control group.TCM syndrome score and cardiac function indexes were observed before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33％,which was higher than 80.00％of control group(P＜0.05).After treatment in both groups,the score of sweating symptoms and total TCM symptoms score of patients were significantly lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the scores of treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group(P＜0.05).B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of patients were significantly improved in both groups compared with those before treatment,and the improvement of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Wenshen Lianhan formula can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic heart failure-caused hyperhidrosis with syndrome of yang deficiency of heart and kidney.
