Efficacy observation of comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and high intensity focused ultrasound on adenomyosis-caused dysmenorrhea
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and high intensity focused ultrasound on adenomyosis-caused dysmenorrhea.Methods:130 cases of eligible patients with adenomyosis with syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis were selected and randomly divided into two groups,65 cases in each group.The control group was treated with high intensity focused ultrasound,while the treatment group was treated plus with Bushen Huoxue decoction and acupuncture on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy was observed in two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was 92.31%,which was higher than 70.77%of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in the treatment group,the scores of VAS and CMSS of dysmenorrhea as well as the score of chronic pelvic pain were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);in the treatment group,the endometrial thickness became thinner and the uterine volume was decreased,and the differences were statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and high intensity focused ultrasound on adenomyosis-caused dysmenorrhea is better,which can relieve the pain.
