恢刺针法治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察

摘要
目的:观察恢刺针法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效.方法:选取72例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为两组各36例.对照组予普通针刺疗法,治疗组予恢刺针法治疗.比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后疼痛评分变化情况.结果:治疗组总有效率为97.2％,高于对照组的88.9％,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后,两组患者疼痛评分均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:恢刺针法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效较好.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of relaxing needling on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:72 cases of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were selected and randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in each group.The control group was treated by ordinary needling,while the treatment group was treated by relaxing needling.The clinical efficacy and changes of pain score before and after treatment were compared between two groups of patients.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 97.2％,which was higher than 88.9％of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment in two groups,the pain score of patients was lower than that before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of relaxing needling on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is better.
