摘要
原发性胆汁性胆管炎以肝脾肾等脏腑功能失调为本,致气血津液运行失常,痰、湿、热、瘀毒内生,各种病理因素相互错杂为标,属本虚标实证.基于"扶正祛邪"理论,治疗以益肾疏肝健脾等扶正为主,兼顾活血通腑、清热除湿、益气祛痰等以祛邪,使祛邪而不伤正.
Abstract
Primary biliary cholangitis belongs to the syndrome of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.Its origin is dysfunction of Zang-fu organs such as liver,spleen,kidney,etc.,which leads to abnormal circulation of qi,blood and body fluid as well as endogenesis of phlegm,dampness,heat,blood stasis and toxin,while its superficiality is various pathological factors intermingled each other.Based on the theory of"strengthening vital-qi to eliminate pathogens",the treatment should focuse on strengthening vital-qi mainly such as tonifying the kidney,soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen,etc.,and take into account of eliminating pathogens such as promoting blood circulation to purge fu-organs,clearing away heat and removing dampness,benefiting qi to dispelling phlegm,etc.,so as to eliminate pathogens without hurting vital-qi.
