巴芪除痒止咳方治疗肺肾两虚兼风寒犯肺型咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效观察

摘要
目的:观察巴芪除痒止咳方治疗肺肾两虚兼风寒犯肺型咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效.方法:选取门诊60名咳嗽变异性哮喘患者,随机分为两组各30例.对照组予布地奈德/福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予巴芪除痒止咳方治疗,疗程2周.比较两组临床疗效,VAS、CET、FeNO评分及中医证候积分变化情况.结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率96.67％,高于对照组的80.00％,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组VAS、CET及FeNO评分均得到了改善(P＜0.05),且治疗组VAS、CET评分较对照组改善更明显;治疗后治疗组咳痰、咽痒、恶风、自汗积分均小于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:巴芪除痒止咳方能减轻肺肾两虚兼风寒犯肺型咳嗽变异性哮喘患者气道炎症反应,缓解临床症状.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Baqi Chuyang Zhike formula on cough variant asthma with syndrome of deficiency of both lung and kidney intermingled with wind-cold attacking lung.Methods:60 cases of outpatients with cough variant asthma were selected and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide/formoterol powder inhalant,while the treatment group was treated with Baqi Chuyang Zhike formula on the basis of control group.The course of treatment was 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy and the changes of scores of VAS,CET,FeNO and TCM syndrome were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was 96.67％,which was higher than 80.00％of control group,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of VAS,CET and FeNO were improved in both groups(P＜0.05),and the scores of VAS and CET of treatment group were improved more significantly than those of control group.The scores of expectoration,throat itching,aversion to wind and spontaneous sweating of treatment group were lower than those of control group after treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Baqi Chuyang Zhike formula can relieve inflammatory reaction of airway and clinical symptoms of patients with cough variant asthma with syndrome of deficiency of both lung and kidney intermingled with wind-cold attacking lung.
