清肝解郁汤加减治疗肝郁血热型月经先期临床观察

摘要
目的:观察清肝解郁汤加减治疗肝郁血热型月经先期的临床疗效.方法:选取肝郁血热型月经先期患者64例,按随机数字表法分为两组各32例.治疗组予清肝解郁汤加减口服,对照组予加味逍遥丸口服,治疗3个月经周期,对比两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候总积分变化、黄体期孕酮水平变化、基础体温高温相持续时间、月经周期提前天数.结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率为90.63％,高于对照组的71.88％(P＜0.05);两组患者中医证候积分、黄体期孕酮值及基础体温高温相持续时间等指标均较治疗前改善(P＜0.05),且治疗组较对照组改善明显(P＜0.05).结论:清肝解郁汤加减治疗肝郁血热型月经先期疗效明显,有利于改善月经周期,调整黄体期孕酮水平,提高患者生活质量.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Qinggan Jieyu decoction on advanced menstruation with syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and blood-heat.Methods:64 cases of patients with advanced menstruation with syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and blood-heat were selected and randomly divided into two groups,32 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with oral modified Qinggan Jieyu decoction,while the control group was treated with oral modified Xiaoyao pills,for three menstrual cycles.Clinical efficacy,changes of total TCM syndrome score and progesterone level of luteal phase,duration time of high-temperature phase of basal body temperature and number of days of advanced menstrual cycle of patients were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was 90.63％,which was higher than 71.88％of control group(P＜0.05);TCM syndrome score,progesterone value in luteal phase and duration time of high temperature phase of basal body temperature of patients were improved in two geoups compared with before treatment(P＜0.05),and the improvement of treatment group was more significant than that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of modified Qinggan Jieyu decoction on advanced menstruation with syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and blood-heat is significant,which is beneficial to improving menstrual cycle,regulating progesterone level in luteal phase and improve life-quality of patients.
