Efficacy observation of Shiweiqizhu Tongqiao mixture on epistaxis with syndrome of splenic failure in governing blood
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Shiweiqizhu Tongqiao mixture on epistaxis with syndrome of splenic failure in governing blood.Methods:100 cases of patients with epistaxis with syndrome of splenic failure in governing blood were collected and randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with chlortetracycline eye ointment for applying nose,while the treatment group was treated with Shiweiqizhu Tongqiao mixture on the basis of control group.The course of treatment was 2 weeks for both groups.Hemostatic time,bleeding amount,rebleeding rate,VAS score of accompanied symptoms of epistaxis and nasal endoscopy score of patients were statistically counted in two groups respectively.The clinical efficacy of modified Shiweiqizhu Tongqiao mixture on epistaxis was evaluated.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.00％,which was significantly higher than 64.00％of control group(P＜0.05).Hemostatic time,bleeding amount,rebleeding rate,VAS score and nasal endoscopy score of treatment group were significantly improved after treatment compared with those of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of modified Shiweiqizhu Tongqiao mixture on epistaxis with syndrome of splenic failure in governing blood is better,which can effectively improve bleeding amount,rebleeding rate and clinical symptoms,etc of nose.
