摘要
基于玄府理论认为,耳玄府郁闭,耳窍不得充养,清窍闭塞,是突发性耳聋的主要病机.应以开玄达郁为治则,采用疏散外邪、调肝理肺、化痰降火、活血化瘀、补益气血法开玄解郁以复聪.
Abstract
Based on the theory of Xuanfu,it is believed that the main pathogenesis of sudden deafness is ear-Xuanfu depression blocking,poor nourishing ear orifices and pathogen blocking clear orifices.Therefore,it should be based on the therapeutic principle of opening Xuanfu to relieve depression,which should adopt the methods for opening Xuanfu and dissipating depression,such as dispelling exogenous pathogens,discharging liver and regulating lung,dissipating phlegm and lowering fire,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis as well as invigorating qi and blood,etc.,in order to recover lost hearing.
